Since the programs inception in 2004, the Drive for Diversity Crew Member Development program has supported 36 individual crew member candidates.  Crew member candidates have gone on to earn positions with NASCAR Grand National Division, NASCAR Busch Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series teams.

In 2004, the program supported the following six crew members, including David Cropps, Calvin Gravely, Amar Johnson, Robert Johnson, Tommy Lane, and Cesar Villanueva. Click here to learn more about the 2004 Crew Member Class.

In 2005, the Crew Development program was expanded to support 12 individuals: Nicole Addison, Jason Brooks, Justin Brooks, Fred Edgerton, Elgin Galloway, Calvin Gravely, Corey Hunter, Chris Justice, Shomari McKenzie, Joey Morales, Blake Reese, and Michael Washington. The 2006 Crew Development Program again supported 12 individuals in their work with NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and NASCAR Busch Series teams. The following crew members participated in the program in 2006: Nicole Addison, John Boyd, Jason Brooks, Erin Carter, Brian Eastland, Elgin Galloway, Calvin Gravely, Corey Hunter, Chris Justice, Emmanuel McDaniel, Brandy Pointon, Maurice Sackey.
