2007 Crew Members

Twelve crew member candidates were selected for the 2007 Drive for Diversity Crew Member Development Program. These 12 candidates completed the eight-week "PIT Crew U" program at PIT Instruction & Training, LLC in early 2007.

Candidates who successfully completed the eight-week training were able to move on to the more demanding "5OFF5ON" training program. Candidates were also able to interview with established race teams, including Roush Fenway Racing, Michael Waltrip Racing, and Spraker Racing Enterprises.
